Job Description
HRSG Outsourcing Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Officer to join our team. In this role, you will interact with clients through live chat, email, and phone to address inquiries and provide high-quality service.
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, be a native Urdu speaker with excellent English skills, and have at least 2 years of customer support experience. This full-time position in Islamabad offers a monthly salary of Rs80,00.00 – Rs90,00.00.
