We are looking for a stellar Customer Experience Specialist to provide exceptional support to developers worldwide. Note: This position requires rotating shifts.
Your Responsibilities
- Address and respond to inbound customer support requests
- Collaborate with Development and Business teams to resolve learner-related issues
- Enhance support documentation to improve efficiency and accuracy in the support cycle
- Ensure customer satisfaction through a customer-centric mindset

- Assist in other company projects as assigned
