Job Description
As the Customer Experience Team Lead at KC / Runway CX, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive customer satisfaction.
Your main duties will include overseeing daily operations, supporting team members, resolving escalated customer issues, and implementing strategies to improve the overall customer experience.
We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service. Previous experience in a similar role and in-depth knowledge of customer experience best practices are highly desirable.
