Job Description
The Customer Experience Trainee is a contractual position at SQUATWOLF. Responsibilities include assisting the ticketing team, analyzing customer feedback, and tracking overall customer experience. The role involves creating mechanisms to analyze customer data for insights across departments.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Capture and analyze customer experiences across touchpoints, creating journey maps.
- Bridge between marketing and customer support for knowledge exchange.
- Respond to customer queries effectively across channels.
- Consolidate and analyze feedback, creating reports for stakeholders.
- Document processes, log technical issues, compliments, and complaints.
- Identify customer needs and ensure positive experiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends and CRM technologies.
- Generate ideas to enhance customer retention.
- Contribute to operational tasks and assist when needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications.
- Experience: Fresh graduate or less than one year in a relevant field.
- Skills: Analytical ability and problem-solving.
- Attributes: Positive attitude, self-motivated, teamwork, good communication skills, proficiency in English.
