- Responds promptly and professionally to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolves complaints to ensure satisfaction and positive relationships.
- Proactively seeks feedback to assess and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborates across departments to address concerns and improve processes.
- Maintains accurate interaction records for analysis and reporting.
- Handles delegated tasks with adaptability and solution-oriented approach.
- Responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls simultaneously.
Job Specification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong relationship-building skills with diverse clientele.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and customer service tools.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
