Diabetes TeleCare Pvt Limited Company is seeking a Customer Liaison Manager for our Hyderabad office. This role involves managing patient data entry and ensuring seamless communication between patients and the healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and manage all patient data
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries
- Facilitate smooth communication between patients and healthcare providers
- Ensure timely follow-ups, appointments, and patient updates
- Assist patients in using the Diabetes TeleCare app effectively
- Collect and act on patient feedback
Requirements:
