Job Description
AV Private Limited is seeking a proactive Customer Operations Executive for a full-time, in-person position in Lahore (local residents only; applicants up to 25 years). The role involves handling customer inquiries about products, services, and accounts; maintaining accurate records; coordinating with internal teams; providing timely updates; and following company SOPs.
- Education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree
- Skills: strong communication and interpersonal abilities, stress management, multitasking, basic computer literacy (MS Office, typing, email)
- Experience: prior customer service or call center experience is a plus
- Salary: Rs65,00–Rs70,00 per month with growth opportunities and a supportive work environment
