Job Description
Think Higher Consultants is looking for a motivated Customer Relation Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing vital administrative support that ensures our office runs smoothly. Responsibilities include managing correspondence, coordinating activities, and executing clerical tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative duties such as mailing, scanning, and document copying.
- Engage with clients to ensure timely communication.
- Prepare and organize official documents using MS Word.
- Assist in planning and organizing office activities and events.
- Communicate with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of relevant experience, strong proficiency in MS Office, and excellent communication skills.
