Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Relation Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service during the morning shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely manner
- Assisting customers with product information, pricing, and order-related queries
- Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software
