Job Description
We are looking for a candidate who embodies professionalism, confidence, and a positive demeanor. Strong communication skills, a pleasant and friendly personality, and the ability to create positive relationships with clients are key attributes we value in the ideal candidate.
It is a night shift office-based job from 09:00 PM to 06:00 AM and our office is near Chandni Chowk, Rawalpindi.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and experimentation.
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for business growth through excellent client relationship management.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and address any issues.
- Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to enhance our services and offerings.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and ensure timely and accurate resolution of any concerns.
- Proactively identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue.
- Additionally, it is essential to highlight that this position requires working night shifts to cater to clients from various time zones.
