Job Description
Location: Defence Moor, Walton Road, Lahore
Timings: 7 PM to 5 AM (Night Shift)
Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred
Northstar is seeking a motivated Customer Relations Manager with a strong sales background and experience in the USA market. Your role will involve building strong customer relationships, handling inquiries, and identifying upsell opportunities.
Requirements: Proven experience in customer management, exceptional communication skills, and familiarity with CRM tools. Candidates must be willing to work night shifts.
