Join our dynamic Immigration Office team. We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Customer Relations Officer to provide vital support to our immigration practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer pipeline
  • Understand customer queries and provide them with relevant information
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Efficiently manage communication, both verbal and written, including office email & telephonic correspondence
  • Maintain customer database
  • Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with team members and assist clients with confidence
  • Pitch sales to prospective clients and follow up efficiently
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills

Job Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a customer relationship officer in an immigration firm will be preferred
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, ability to work independently and under pressure, and time management skills
  • Candidate should have impeccable organizational skills and the ability to pay attention to detail
  • Contact clients through phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication and provide relevant information
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), ability to adapt to different software and programs
  • Previous experience in sales is a plus point

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Experience & Skills:

  • Must be fluent in English. Any second language is an asset.
  • Experience handling confidential information in a professional manner
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Willing to learn and develop skills
  • Capable of confidently communicating and assisting clients through calls and emails
  • Must be a team player
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
