Job Description
The ideal candidate for the CSR position should be an empathetic and patient individual who possesses excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others. They should be a problem-solver who can work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in the face of customer challenges.
Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers. Escalate complex issues to the respective teams. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions. Participate in ongoing training and development.
Requirements: Efficient problem-solving skills; fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes. Reliable, with a keen eye for detail.
Experience: 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a related industry. Hands-on experience with customer service software and tools, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
Skills: Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce and HubSpot. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to multitask and handle multiple inquiries at once. Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Additional certification in customer service or related fields is a plus.
