Reports To: Sales & Marketing Manager
Job Purpose: The CRM Lead is responsible for managing the company’s CRM platform, ensuring seamless customer data management, effective lead tracking, and vendor registration processes. This role includes CRM updates, monitoring customer interactions, and providing accurate reporting.
Required Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field.
