Role Description
This is a full-time Customer Relationship Management Executive role, based at the corporate office in Islamabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships.
The day-to-day tasks include but are not limited to the generation of Sales Agreements & Allotment letters, improving customer experience, customer documentation, customer retention, analyzing data to identify trends, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and experience in analyzing customer data to identify trends
- Proven experience in customer retention and improving customer experience
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Demonstrated ability in Sales management
- A passion for delivering great customer service, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, business administration or related field
- Experience in the real estate industry is required, especially in the CRM Department.
