Job Description
Job Summary: Crown Group of Companies is seeking a skilled Female Manager to lead our CRM team. Responsibilities include devising and executing strategies to enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention. The ideal candidate will collaborate with diverse teams to drive customer loyalty leveraging data and technology.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and validate Foreign/Local Tour & Gifts Scheme via Crown One App.
- Review Scheme Invoices for winners and report to Management.
- Manage processes and issues in various Scheme projects.
- Maintain records and verify content and agreements.
- Coordinate with IT team for app updates.
- Supervise daily reporting via Vision PRO Soft.
- Create work rotation plans for team learning.
Location: S.I.T.E Area, KHI.
