Suzuki Kasur Motors, an Authorized Dealer of Suzuki Pakistan, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Relationship Management Manager. The position will be based in Lahore Office, offering New Vehicles Sales, After Sale Service, and sale of Genuine Suzuki Oil and Spare Parts.
Role Description
We are looking for a candidate who will contact corporate customers to drive New Vehicle Sales and After Sales Service business through cold calls or emails. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and handling complaints effectively.
Qualifications & Experience
- Implement seamless sales and after-sales services processes
- Analytical Skills, Auto Market Segmentation
- Strong Communication and Sales skills
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Previous CRM experience in Banking & Auto Industry is a plus
- Familiarity with digital marketing & social media
- Minimum two years experience in managerial position
- Graduation in any discipline, MBA/BBA is a plus
