Job Description
Position Overview:
Softech Systems Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relationship Executive to join our dynamic team. As a CRE, you will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders and existing customers.
This role requires a strong banking customer representative background, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve relationship goals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in B2B sales or bank sales
- Ability to travel and meet clients as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Knowledge of marketing and branding concepts
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the banking or stock exchange industry would be beneficial
