Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist located in Lahore District, Pakistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships by providing excellent customer service and building strong customer relationships. The Customer Relationship Management Specialist will also be responsible for project management and sales.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Sales experience
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience
- Project management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the printing/packaging industry is a plus
