The Elixir Clinic Pakistan is part of The Elixir Clinic, a bespoke wellness medical clinic founded in London in 2013. The clinic specializes in intravenous (IV) therapy to help clients feel rejuvenated while sustaining long-term wellbeing. Offering an extensive selection of treatments ranging from the renowned IV vitamin infusions, also known as Vita Drip®, to other wellness treatments consisting of rejuvenation and diagnostic therapy, all tailored to specific needs. The Elixir Clinic is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in the UK, and in the UAE with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and Health Authority of Abu Dhabi (HAAD). The Elixir Clinic is one of the world’s most experienced intravenous therapy treatment clinics.

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist located in Lahore. The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, tracking customer interactions, and providing support. The CRM Specialist will also be responsible for sales and project management.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Sales experience and customer-focused approach
• Experience working with CRM systems and project management tools
• Ability to work well in a team environment and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
