Job Description
Resco Pvt Ltd seeks a proactive Customer Relationship Manager to manage client relationships, ensure timely complaint resolution, and uphold SLA commitments. This full-time, in-person position offers Rs75,00–Rs85,00 per month.
- Coordinate with support teams for deployments and issue resolution
- Track complaints through to closure and monitor SLA compliance
- Prepare basic service reports and maintain accurate customer records
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field and 3–4 years’ experience in CRM or customer service (IT/system integration preferred). Required skills include strong communication, diligent follow-up, effective coordination, solid organizational ability, and a customer-first mindset.
