Job Description
Abacus Consulting is hiring a Customer Relationship Officer with excellent communication skills. This is an onsite position with flexible shifts: Morning, Evening, and Night.
Responsibilities:
- Manage international customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Follow communication procedures and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Intermediate or fresh candidates with up to 6 months of experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in international customer support is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time, Contract
Pay: Rs 50,00.00 – Rs 60,00.00 per month
