Job Description
Crown Group of Companies is looking for talented and motivated candidates for the position of Customer Relationship Officer.

- Responding to customer inquiries regarding Crown Solar
- Providing guidance and support to customers
- Sourcing leads through social media
- Organizing lead data effectively
- Engaging in proactive outreach and lead conversion

Requirements:

- Experience: 1 to 2 years
