Job Description
Swift Facility Management Services Pvt. Ltd. is actively seeking a qualified Customer Relationship Officer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing data entry, verification, and report generation while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data.
Ideal applicants will possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, exceptional typing speed, and meticulous attention to detail. A minimum of an Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience in data entry or administrative support, is required. Familiarity with ERP software will be considered an advantage.
