Job Description
Join us at Sectem as a Client Relationship Coordinator. This role involves on-site work during the night shift from 7pm to 4am at Civic Center Bahria Town Phase 4, Islamabad. As a Client Relationship Coordinator, you’ll be instrumental in nurturing strong client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs.
- Coordinate and follow up on client meetings efficiently.
- Address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage client accounts accurately and collaborate internally for client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
