Job Description
Beyond Tic is looking for experienced call center agents for the position of Customer Sales Agent. The working hours are from 07:00pm to 4:00am (Night shift) in Blue area, Islamabad.
Role Description:
The Customer Sales Agent will be responsible for generating sales leads, maintaining customer satisfaction, communicating with customers, providing customer support, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
