Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Representative based in Karachi Division. As a Customer Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally, and building strong customer relationships. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve customer issues effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience with customer service software, such as Zendesk or Salesforce, is a plus
- Fluency in English and Urdu is required
