Job Description
A leading telecommunication company, ASK Development Limited, is seeking a Customer Services Representative. This position will involve:
- Managing inbound calls
- Addressing customer inquiries
- Resolving customer complaints
- Acting as a Customer Services Sales Agent
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Intermediate
- Age Limit: 18 – 35
- Fluent in English
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, preferably in UK-based companies
Salary: Rs37,00 per month with incentives up to Rs15,00. Free medical insurance available.
Shift: Rotational for males; morning shift only for females. Work-from-home option post-probation.
