Beyond Tic is a call center working on various campaigns from time to time. The working hours are from 07:00 PM till 4:00 AM.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Sales Agent. The Customer Sales Agent will be responsible for generating sales leads, maintaining customer satisfaction, communicating with customers, providing customer support, and enhancing the overall customer experience. This role is located in Blue Area, Islamabad.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Communication skills
- Experience in a customer service or sales role
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Fluent in English
- Experience in the call center
