Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Sales Representative located in Islamabad. The primary role of the Customer Sales Representative is to interact with new and existing customers, providing product information and suggesting solutions that meet their needs. The successful candidate will also contribute to the growth and success of the business by achieving sales goals and building strong customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and build customer relationships
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in BA/MA or a related field.
- HTML/programming language/WordPress certification considered a plus.
