Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Sales Representative. The Customer Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with potential customers to understand their needs, providing recommendations, and closing sales. The Customer Sales Representative will also interact with existing customers to address questions and concerns, and act as a liaison between customers and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience
- Experience in providing excellent Customer Experience and Customer Satisfaction
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Availability to work night shifts
