Role Description
Malkot Abbasi Communications is seeking a full-time Customer Sales Representative for our sales team located in Islamabad. The Customer Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating customer relationships, and driving sales growth. Day-to-day tasks include identifying prospective customers, cold-calling, and making sales presentations.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with customers
- Proven track record of success in sales or customer service
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
- Fluent in English and Urdu; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Experience using CRM software is a plus
- Experience in the telecommunications or technology industry is a plus
