Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Sales Representative. The Customer Sales Representative will be responsible for answering incoming calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing orders. The Customer Sales Representative will also need to maintain a high level of knowledge about the company’s products and services as well as stay up-to-date with any changes made to them.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm in high-stress situations and think critically
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Comfortable with using call center technology and software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or call center environments a plus
