Job Description
Sama Engineering is seeking a polite, professional, and presentable Customer Service Executive (Female) to join our team.
Responsibilities: Engage with clients via calls and emails, address needs and complaints, and provide accurate responses.
Qualifications: Intermediate or B.Com, 1-2 years of CSR experience, proficient in MS Office and Google Sheets.
Salary: Rs25,00.00 – Rs35,00.00/month. Full-time, internship, and fresher candidates are welcome.
