Job Description
Shafaq n Kami Salon is excited to announce an opening for a Female Customer Sales Representative (CSR) to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will provide outstanding service to our valued customers, ensuring their satisfaction and a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve overall service delivery.
- Effectively upsell and cross-sell products and services.
- Keep precise records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- A minimum of 2 years of tele-sales experience is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills in English are required.
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is essential.
