Job Description
Shark Technologies is seeking experienced and motivated Customer Service Representatives to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
Your primary responsibilities will include engaging customers, updating databases, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. We offer a full-time position with competitive pay ranging from Rs35,00.00 to Rs80,00.00 per month.
