Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Night-Shift Customer Service Representative to work onsite at 491 Pak Block, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore. The role requires handling inbound/outbound calls, chat, and email for US customers with a clear American English accent.
- Hours: 8:00 PM–5:00 AM
- Salary: Rs50,00/month + commission; professional training, supportive environment, and growth opportunities
- Responsibilities: manage calls, chats, and emails; maintain professional verbal and written communication
- Requirements: minimum 3 years CSR experience (packaging sales preferred), fluent American English, confident multitasker, reliable commute
