Job Description
At XeebecNsm (Pvt) Ltd, we are seeking a highly motivated Customer Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and assisting them in finding the perfect solutions to meet their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and understanding their requirements.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of our services, effectively communicating their features and benefits.
- Provide personalized recommendations and guidance to customers, upselling and cross-selling where appropriate.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, finding satisfactory resolutions.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, driving revenue growth for the company.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
- Previous experience (0-1 years) in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Fluency in spoken English is a must.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, able to think quickly on your feet and provide effective solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- A passion for sales, a results-oriented mindset, and a drive to succeed.
Salary: 25k-35k basic + bonuses
