- Full Time, Inhouse role.
- 5 days a week.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Cold Calling: Proactively engage in cold calling to identify and pursue potential real estate opportunities.
Client Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Data Entries: Maintain accurate and organized data entries related to real estate transactions.
Lead Management: Effectively manage real estate leads and inquiries.
Sales Support: Provide essential support for successful real estate deals.
Reporting: Reports markets data insights to higher management.
Client Conversion (Closing Deals): Skillfully convert leads into closed real estate deals.
Requirements:
Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in the real estate sector.
Professionalism: Possess a presentable accent and professional dressing.
Sales Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills to assist in securing successful real estate deals.
Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, property values, and trends.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Motivation: Self-driven and motivated to achieve targets and contribute to the company’s success.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a dynamic team.
