- Collaborate closely with the sales team to streamline processes and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services to enhance customer value.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer support or sales support role, preferably in the Contact Centre Industry.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to empathize and problem-solve effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
