Job Description
We require a Customer Support Representative for our international camping company based in UAE. The ideal candidate should have:
- Minimum Intermediate qualification
- Experience or fresh graduates are welcome
- Proficiency in handling complaints via email and phone calls
- Excellent communication skills
- Confidence
- Hardworking attitude
- Proficient in MS Office
Shift: Morning, Evening & Night shifts with different timings (requires flexibility)
Salary: Earn up to 60K (50K basic + 10K incentive)
Location: 1st floor, Shaheen Complex, Egerton Road (near Flattis Hotel, NADRA office, and Mindbridge)
