Job Description
Mindwhiz seeks a full-time, on-site Customer Service and Sales Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls with U.S.-based clients, resolve inquiries, promote services, and accurately log interactions in CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce). The role requires meeting sales and service KPIs while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Experience: 1–2 years in customer support or call centers
- Skills: Excellent spoken and written English, CRM proficiency, solutions-oriented and team-focused attitude
- Compensation & benefits: Competitive salary up to Rs75,00/month, health insurance, fuel allowance, monthly team dinners, and an annual company trip
