Job Description
We are hiring a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Lahore office. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of customer service experience, preferably in the garments industry, and strong spoken English.
- Requirements: Fluent English, excellent communication skills, 3–5 years’ experience.
- Location & Hours: Ferozpur Road near Gajjumata, Lahore — 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Salary: Competitive, from Rs50,00 per month. Job type: Full-time, in person.
Key duties include responding to customer inquiries across channels, resolving complaints, processing orders and requests, maintaining records of interactions, and suggesting improvements to service processes.
