Job Description
BI COMMUNICATIONS is seeking a full-time Female Customer Service and Sales Specialist with 1–3 years’ experience in automotive sales, dealerships, or services. The successful candidate will manage inbound and outbound inquiries, assess customer needs, recommend automotive solutions, generate and follow up on leads, close sales, and maintain accurate records and reports. You will coordinate with internal teams and consistently meet monthly targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-relations skills

- Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM systems
