Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves managing customer inquiries, providing administrative support, and ensuring efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written English skills, have prior experience in customer service or administration, and be eager to learn and grow within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner.

Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.

Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Maintain and update customer records in our database.

Provide general office support and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Familiarity with basic accounting or bookkeeping tasks.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
