Our services include Electronic Medical Record, Practice Management System, Patient Engagement among others. We also offer products such as LT-Electronic Medical Record and Physician Credentialing, among others.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate. The Associate will be responsible for assisting with conducting research, analyzing data, creating reports, and providing excellent customer service. The Associate will also work with cross-functional teams to execute projects with high quality and on time.
Qualifications
The candidate should possess the following skills:
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to conduct research, analyze data, and create reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include:
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Knowledge of Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
- Certification in project management or healthcare administration is a plus
