Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely responses to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Assist customers with questions regarding loan eligibility and application status.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members as necessary.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while logging all interactions in the CRM.
- Monitor social media platforms for feedback to enhance brand reputation.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and/or Urdu.
- Proficient in technology and highly organized.
Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM | Salary: PKR 40,00/month
