Job Description
BLS International Services is actively seeking a committed Customer Service Executive to become a vital part of our team. The primary responsibilities for this role include scheduling appointments, grasping applicant requirements, scrutinizing documentation, performing biometrics, and managing cash transactions. Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering applications to the mission and promoting value-added services.
We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills and a minimum of one year of customer service experience. Candidates with a background in the visa/travel industry and proficiency in Italian will be given preference.
