Job Description

Scope

The Customer Service Executive acts as the liaison between customers, technical staff, sales & marketing, and the nationwide warehouse. They serve as the first point of contact for customers, resolving complaints and ensuring the smooth receipt, movement, and shipping of supplies, stock, and materials. The Customer Service Executive represents the company with a positive and professional image, providing prompt assistance to customers in a friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable manner.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a positive client relationship by making routine follow-up customer service calls.
  • Manage and maintain nationwide reports, including:
    • Complaint log.
    • Repair Status Report.
    • Field Service Report (FSR).
    • Monthly Engineers Overtime Report.
    • Invoicing to customers.
    • Receivable Report.
    • Employees Payroll.
  • Schedule site visits, maintain records, and prepare Engineers workload for Preventive Maintenance (PM).
  • Coordinate deliveries, plan, and implement installations & commissioning based on delivery schedule reports from Logistics.
  • Rectify problems such as damages, shortages, and non-conformance to specifications.
  • Comply with laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Document and escalate any customer service issues and/or shipping/receiving errors.
  • Participate in meetings to improve productivity, resolve customer service issues, and manage the workload of the team.
  • Assist with training new employees within the department.
  • Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with team members and cross-functional teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A, B.Comm, or BSc.)
