Job Description
A leading Telecommunications company is actively seeking individuals to join their team as Premium (inbound) Customer Service executives.
? Responsibilities:
- Providing troubleshooting, technical support, product info to our premium customers.
- Maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
- Providing FCR BY TAKING OWNERSHIP OF customer’s complaints, queries and suggestions.
? Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent in English.
- Computer Literate.
- Interpersonal and negotiation skills.
? Salary:
Basic: 45k
Performance Incentive: up to 15k
